GPS buoy system digunakan di antaranya untuk penentuan pusat lepas pantai, studi pola arus, Tsunami EWS, dan lain-lain.

GPS mampu memberikan ketelitian posisi sampai sentimeter bahkan milimeter. Untuk mencapai ketelitian yang tinggi dengan menggunakan GPS Buoy digunakan metoda kinematik diferensial baik itu secara real time (RTK) maupun kinematic post processing. Untuk beberapa kasus biasa digunakan Differential GPS (DGPS).

Seperti yang telah disebutkan di atas untuk GPS Buoy, metode penentuan posisinya bisa RTK (Real Time Kinematic), kinematik diferensial post proccesing, dan bisa juga DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System), tergantung kebutuhannya.

Sistem RTK (Real Time Kinematic) adalah suatu akronim yang sudah umum digunakan untuk penentuan posisi real time secara diferensial yang menggunakan data fase.

Sistem ini umumnya digunakan untuk penentuan obyek-obyek yang bergerak. Untuk merealisasikan tuntutan real-time nya, maka monitor station harus mengirimkan koreksi diferential (fase) ke pengguna secara real time dengan menggunakan system komunikasi data tertentu.

3. Buat target yang hendak dicapai belajarlah dengan target. Tetaplah berapa jumlah halaman yang dibaca. Juga tetapkan berapa lama kamu akan belajar saat itu.

4. Siapkan penghargaan untuk dirimu setelah serius belajar, kamu butuh menyenangkan diri sendiri. Tetapkan satu imbalan untuk diri kamu sendiri. Misalnya, kalau kamu bisa mencapai target belajar kamu hari itu, kamu akan makan ice cream rasa coklat.

5. Belajar nggak akan membuat temanmu hilang jangan pernah merasa kamu akan kehilangan teman-temanmu karena kamu serius belajar. Teman-teman kamu nggak bakalan ninggalin kamu.

Ketika kamu masuk ke kelas atau masuk ke kampus bagi mahasiswa pasti juga membutuhkan persiapan yang matang dalam mengerjakan soal, berikut tip-tip tersebut.

- Datanglah dengan persiapan yang matang dan lebih awal. Bawalah semua alat tulis yang kamu butuhkan, seperti pensil, pulpen, kalkulator, kamus, jam tangan, penghapus, tip ex, penggaris, dan lain-lainnya. Perlengkapan ini akan membantumu untuk tetap konsentrasi selama mengerjakan soal.
