U-Pak Movers will look after delivering a container to the customer's residence. Once the ReloCube has been delivered, the customer can take up to three business days to fill it with whatever they want moved. The Cube sits direcly on the pavement, so the customer doesn't need to worry about dealing with a ramp or lifting their furniture and other belongings up into a truck.

Once the ReloCube has been filled, the customer locks it and U-Pak Movers brings a moving trailer to pick it up. The container is completely secure and is delivered to the location the customer specifies in their work order. The customer hangs onto the key to the container.
Once it has been moved to the new location, the customer has three business days to unload it and the company comes to collect it.

This system of moving is very flexible. If a customer needs to reserve more than one ReloCube, they are free to do so. They only pay for the space that they use.
